Chicken breast, shredded
Chicken has a lot of health benefits which your dog will be getting when he eats it, plus it is bland and your dog will be able to eat it without stress. The potato should be cooked without the skin till soft and slice if desired or boil without the skin mad mash like a porridge. And soon enough your dog will feel better because of the fiber and vitamins found in sweet potato.
One of the ways to cook sweet potatoes is boiling for about 30minutes without the skin till very soft, drain slice them up into considerable sizes then add them into a bowl and smash until it’s a smooth. Then serve in small quantity, sweet potatoes is also good for thickening stool.

Baby foods
Baby foods can prove to be very good for a sick dogs diet because it is a wet food and it will most likely smell good and dogs like wet and appetizing foods plus it is easy to eat and ingest.
This should be served only in the mornings or when your dog has no appetite because if you continue to feed your dog baby food every time he maybe become a spoilt boy and reject his normal food once he gets better plus baby foods are high in carbohydrate and fats.
